Magnet (Permanent Magnet)

  • 12000G Neodymium Magnet (rare earth) is used for TC series.
  • Gauss (G) is commonly used to express magnetic flux density (strength of magnetic force).
  • 9000G at the magnet bar surface.
  • Ambient temperature: 80˚C (Heat resistant model: 240 ˚C)
  • Material: Main body (SS304); Magnet pipe (SS316)
  • Surface finishing: Main body (Electro-polishing buff #150); Magnet bar (Buff #400)

 

Single Structure allows Maximum Cleaning Power

EJT Ring system realizes higher magnetic flux density at the pipe surface by 2000G or more compared to double pipe method.

(TC series adopts 12000G neodymium permanent magnet material)

One Touch Cleaning

Automatic cleaning type using air cylinder is also available on order. “One touch cleaning” is automated with air cylinder. When magnet pipe passes through the EJT Ring (Patented), most of iron powder naturally gets off from the magnet pipe and self-cleaned as the magnetic force is shut down.
